Mindfulness is a buzzword frequently thrown around wellness spaces, but many of us struggle to create and sustain a lasting mindfulness practice. 

WITHIN Meditation leads guided meditations live online daily. Learn how to use mindfulness practices to reduce stress, build confidence, become more present, and find more ease in your daily routines. 

Each WITHIN class offers time for meditation and the space afterwards to reflect with your teacher and fellow students.

WITHIN believes in the power of meditating with a knowledgeable teacher to deepen the experience and of bringing people together to foster connections from a grounded place.

WITHIN believes that the more their teacher roster reflects the diversity of the world around us, the more students will hear different perspectives and the more easeful it will be for students to find teachers who understand where they come from and connect with them on their journey.
